Playground Man! Ragdoll Show!
Playground Man! Ragdoll Show! is a free 3D physics game where the whole point is to wreck a flimsy wooden stickman. You drag objects around with the mouse, let go, and watch the ragdoll get flung, crushed, or dropped down the stairs.
Each level is a small puzzle with a violent answer. Figure out the object and the angle that does the most damage, and you move on. It runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install.
What is Playground Man! Ragdoll Show!?
It is a casual arcade game built around ragdoll physics. The stickman flops and bends like a real puppet, and you are handed a playground full of cars, balls, barbells, and other heavy things to throw at it. The loop is simple: read the level, pick up something useful, and put the ragdoll in the worst possible place. Every action causes a reaction, so most of the fun comes from testing ideas and seeing how the body reacts.
How to play
You do everything with the mouse. There are no fast reflexes involved, just timing and a bit of planning.
Desktop controls
- Hold the left mouse button on an object to grab it
- Drag to move the object where you want it
- Release to drop or launch it
Mobile controls
On a phone or tablet you press and hold an object with your finger, drag it into position, then lift to let it go. Same idea as the mouse, no extra buttons.
Setting up the hit
Damage comes from where the ragdoll ends up, not just what you throw. You can park it in front of moving traffic, slide it under a falling barbell, or shove it against a wall so a thrown object pins it. Some levels put more than one stickman on the screen, so you have to plan a single move that catches both.
Levels and leaderboards
Each level gives you a setup and asks for the most destructive solution. The tasks get more creative as you go, and some have a clear trick you only spot after a couple of tries.
There are global leaderboards, so your best results stack up against other players. If you like chasing a higher placing, that gives a reason to replay levels you already cleared and find a cleaner way to do it.
Tips for clearing levels
- Look at what is already in the level. A road, a swinging weight, or a stack of crates is usually the intended weapon.
- Use gravity. Dropping a heavy object from height often does more than throwing it sideways.
- Move the ragdoll into the hazard instead of bringing the hazard to it. It is easier to aim a still target.
- On multi-stickman levels, line them up first so one object hits both.
- If a try fails, change the angle before you change the object. Small position changes matter a lot here.
What makes it fun
The ragdoll never reacts the same way twice, so even an obvious solution is worth watching. That unpredictability is the whole appeal. It is a low-pressure game you can poke at for a few minutes, and the physics does the comedy for you.
