Terms & Conditions

By accessing and playing X-Trench Run, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all pilots of X-Trench Run and any related services provided by X-Trench Run Flight Command.

Permission is granted to temporarily access X-Trench Run for personal, non-commercial flight operations only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the flight simulation materials
• use the flight materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the flight simulator
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• use automated systems or bots to interact with the flight simulator

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

You Agree To:

• Use the flight simulator for entertainment purposes only
• Conduct fair flight operations through the trench and avoid cheating or exploiting laser gate mechanics
• Respect other pilots in any squadron features
• Comply with all applicable laws and trench navigation protocols
• Provide accurate information if requested

You Agree NOT To:

• Use cheats, exploits, hacks, or unauthorized turret-targeting assist software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our flight control systems or pilot data
• Interfere with or disrupt the trench navigation service or boss encounter servers
• Engage in any activity that could harm our flight command reputation
• Upload or distribute malicious code or content that could compromise flight operations
• Violate any applicable laws or space navigation regulations

Trench Navigation Rules:

• Navigate laser gates at appropriate timing to avoid collisions
• Engage defense turrets using fair targeting methods only
• Participate in boss encounters without exploiting AI patterns
• Maintain appropriate flight speed without using unauthorized acceleration
• Respect the trench environment and other pilots' experiences

Mission Performance:

Your flight performance and score achievements are tracked for legitimate gameplay purposes. Any attempts to manipulate scoring systems, exploit laser gate timing, or interfere with turret mechanics may result in mission termination.

X-Trench Run, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by X-Trench Run Flight Command and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The flight simulation content includes but is not limited to:

• Flight graphics, space animations, and trench visual elements
• Audio, space music, and laser sound effects
• Flight mechanics and space physics systems
• Flight code and software architecture
• Trench design and sector layouts
• Branding and trademarks

If you submit flight reports, mission reviews, or other pilot content related to X-Trench Run:

• You retain ownership of your pilot content
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the flight simulator
• Your content must be appropriate and not violate any laws or flight protocols
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our mission standards

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the flight simulator, to understand our practices.

By using X-Trench Run, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We strive to provide continuous access to X-Trench Run, but we do not guarantee that the flight service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may:

• Temporarily suspend the flight service for maintenance or system updates
• Modify or discontinue flight features with or without notice
• Restrict access to certain regions or pilots
• Terminate service at our discretion

X-Trench Run is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties including:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will meet your requirements
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

In no event shall X-Trench Run Flight Command be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use X-Trench Run, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your access to X-Trench Run immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the flight service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use X-Trench Run after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which X-Trench Run Flight Command operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
